Taylor has been a health coach, personal trainer, athletic trainer, and massage therapist for over 10 years! His goal is to practice exercise in a holistic and practical manner! Endurance, strength, flexibility, breathing, and creating a fun workout are his strongest attributes when it comes to instructing proper fitness techniques. “We will sweat with a smile!”
He is a certified master trainer through AAAI and a certified massage therapist with over 1000 hours of training! His scope of practice includes special populations through the most professional of athletes. Taylor was an all-league football player in high school, and played on a champion University of Washington ice hockey club. His ability to modify and personalize fitness plans places him amongst the top echelon’s of trainers!
