Debbie has been in fitness since 2002. She has a passion for complete fitness which includes body mind and spirit. She started as a group fitness instructor and has progressed to personal training individuals, and teams for such events as Tough Mudder obstacle courses and “couch to 5K” groups as well as general weight loss and conditioning goals. Debbie teaches spin classes, Boot Camp, strength and conditioning classes as well as the occasional aqua boot camp and high intensity interval classes as a local health club.
As a mother of five and a coach of hundreds she knows how to motivate and encourage people to go farther and stronger than they expected.
I enjoy hiking and outdoor adventure hikes and running the tough mutter obstacle course, the hot chocolate 5K and next on the agenda is the warrior dash.
