PERSONAL, PARTNER or SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our personal training sessions are individually designed strength training and conditioning program to fit your needs and goals. We offer partner or small group training to make it fun and affordable. Training includes the use of machines, free weights, Medicine balls, kettlebells and TRX Suspension training. Training is offer on locations or in home.
If you have been working out on your own and need some help creating a new workout routine our program design package may be the perfect fit. Like personal training, program is specific to your needs. You will discuss your personal goals with a trainer, and they will then design a program for you to implement on your own. Follow-up or refresher design sessions can be scheduled on an “as need basis”.
